Direct Purchase from Wendell Estate Honey
All returns are subject to proof of purchase. Please note we will not replace improperly stored honey. Please see our storage instructions for best practices to ensure finest quality (click here).
We accept returns on unopened and unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or taxes). Please contact us at (204) 564-2599 for more information on your return within 30 days. We will require your order number and the reason for return. Please make sure to package the items adequately. We will not honor credits for merchandise that is returned to us damaged. Returns can be sent to:

If a product arrives damaged, contact our customer service department immediately. Products damaged in shipping must be reported and claimed within 15 days of delivery.
Please describe and send photographs of any visible damage on the outside of the shipment/carton If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.
Shipment Error: If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at 844-201-2829 or (204) 564-2599. Please reference your order number, and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within the 30-day return policy period.
Refused Delivery: If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will charge a restocking fee of $15 plus any return shipping charges.
Cancelled Orders: Orders may be cancelled if we receive notification prior to the order being shipped from our facility.
Purchase from our Retail Partners or Other Re-Seller:
All retail or online purchases of Wendell Estate Honey should be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased. Wendell Estate Honey cannot refund or replace product purchased from a 3rd party retailer. Please negotiate with the retailer that sold the product to you. We do, however, welcome any comments and questions about Wendell Estate Honey or raw honey in general regardless of where you purchased it.
